With over three decades in the corporate world, Will thought that his job for life would be just that. However due to "corporate economies" Will found himself going from successful project leader to a candidate for redundancy, all in a matter of minutes. This was a rude awakening and at the time seemed like a mountain that would be difficult to climb.
